because his kit is very mediocre and relies off perks. for example skill = great results for alot of killers like billy nurse huntress blight ect but being the best freddy players isnt a big deal because the skill ceiling isnt too high

on pc i prefered having it set to mouse wheel down and just giving it a good scroll personally i dont like the skill checks, and for new players it must feel like "yay more skill checks" but i remember being stressed when i first got dbd about struggling yknow it gave me some adrenaline
