If you cannot win 2 gens or even three in 3v1 with no hookstage on that 3, than it is skill issue. If I can win it many times as a killer main playing survivor, then it is winnable in most time. Also, that map list is pretty weird. Especially The Game part when you play an M1 killer.

Thats absolutly not true. Yes, in some edge cases a misstake can ruin the game. But it is rare, and in cases like that it is already on thin ice. Killers can loose a game much more easier in small mistakes. Survivors have to do huge, and not only one mistake to loose.

It is already a horrible perk. I mean this is the only thing which can "counter" boon totems and you still have to drop chases and such to use it. But now at least that totem is completly out of the game, survivors cannot abuse maps there.
