That's a good point about being able to see the killer in the lobby, pretty much throws out that idea!! Maybe from the standpoint of picky Survivors not dcing when they find out it's a killer they don't like it might work, but I personally enjoy playing against different killers. The Nurse is one of my fav to play against,…

Thank you for being done here.
-
It's an opinion, that's supported by the majority of the community mind you, but an opinion. In not forcefully trying to impose my opinion on you, or personally attack you for yours. Stop being so hateful in this discussion, or leave. Nobody is forcing you to be here or asking you to make it uncomfortable for everyone…

I think this was a great use of your time, and your points were spot on. The whole point of the DC time out is to give people space to calm down and take a breather. I think the devs saw what you explained in your comment, people getting upset and reacting badly, and the DC penalty was their solution for it. I honestly…

This is a discussion, no need for bigotry. You want others to accept your position on something, then respect theirs. I respect your position on this. Thank you for your comment.
-
I think people are taking it too seriously, and getting insulted easily, especially the ones that support camping and tunneling as a tactic. I'm all for playing the game whichever way a person wants to for sure, I just want to be able to get the heck out of there if there's a sweaty camper!! Thanks for your comment!
-
As are you friend. There is also no world in which your comment here is right.
-
Listen mate, I respect your opinion, and your raise good points. Camping IS sweaty, it's already been identified by the dbd community as toxic and a cheap way to play, but that's not the point of this discussion. The point is should I get to choose whether to stay in a game with a camper or leave, and why am I forced to…
-
I see your point, but I disagree. Camping is sweaty, if it wasn't then why do so many people dc or kill themselves on hook when they're being camped? Using a toolbox is similar to using noed, or a killer perk, but not camping. In my opinion. It ruins the game for everyone.
-
I definitely relate to this! I wish there was a lobby for us casual players, and one for sweaty campers. That way, everyone is happy.
-
So you shouldn't dc, or ######### on hook also? Just trying to figure out what the rules are to this.
-
Camping is toxic, at least let's be honest about this. If you want to say "don't dc regardless" then that's one thing. But let's not lie.
-
I don't know what that means.
-
Yes, yes, and yes I agree completely!
-
Great way to look at it, I honestly didn't even think about that one. I've only had a couple games where we've been held hostage, otherwise it's been a decent experience really.
-
Read the comment again.
-
I agree, but if you're just going to die on hook in lieu of quitting, aren't you rewarding the killer anyways?
-
I think that's the general consensus, and the thing I've been doing myself, in lieu of the DC penalty.
-
Well said.
-
Personal reflection is always a good thing, and you raise a good point. Maybe it's the matchmaking, or the constant sweat of the game, but some things wear a guy down. I'm not some pro player, just a casual player that wants a fun experience, and the ability to choose to leave when I want to, but spoiling others fun is not…
-
"Get over it" doesn't fit in a discussion. But I do agree with your point about camping being looked at as a strategy, albeit a really ######### one in my opinion.
-
Again, not my point. My point is I shouldn't be told to stay in a toxic game, or be penalized if I leave. If course I've rage quit, so has everyone else who's commented in this thread, but that's not what I'm saying. And I'm aware I can just die on hook, but what if I just want to quit a shite game? And it's not "so…
-
In saying that I shouldn't be punished for staying in the game with a camper, who's sucking the life from a game. If someone wants to camp, let them camp. If a survivor wants to tbag, let them do it. If you don't want to be part of a game like that, then leave. Without consequence. If you leave a toxic game, you're not the…
-
First, it's just an opinion, don't take it personally. And yes, I've spent money on it, so yes, I should have a say in what I do. This is a discussion, not an authoritarian order to tell people how to play.

-
I hear you, and I agree with you. But what is the dc penalty achieving? It isn't stopping people from quitting out, so what's the real issue, and let's fix that instead.
-
You're now my favorite comment so far tonight. Respect mate.
-
Yet here you are.......
-
It's just a comment, stop taking it so personally and being toxic. You're the problem with the game I imagine. But that's just my opinion, you're entitled to yours.
-
Or, if you're getting face camped you could dc without a penalty. If a killer wants to make it suck, then why stay in the game? Just get the DC and leave, that's my point. Vice versa for the killers. Or, fix the match making so casual players aren't getting paired with sweaty pricks
-
I was being sarcastic. Don't take things so literally.
-
That's a good point, maybe I am looking at it the wrong way.
-
Or people who are tired of the BS. You're not wrong though.
-
You're spot on, it would be nice to have a way of punishing bad sportsmanship without punishing everyone. Rumor has it there's going to be a DC lobby where those who quit out a lot get put together, where they can wallow in each other's misery.
-
Listen, everyone knows survivors are entitled to getting out every game. Killers that don't let survivors escape are just bad people. This isn't a thread to make good players get butt hurt, it's about camping and freedom to decide if you want to tolerate that without being punished.
-
I see there are some camping killers that left comments, any opinions from survivors?
