Thanks for clarifying this; that was not obvious in game. In the second game, I definitely had the add on. It was even still equipped to my character build when I went back to the lobby.

After a second game with Adam, I noticed that the Milky Glass is not attatching to the key. While I have it equipped to my key before the game, it does not appear equipped to the key in the game itself. Instead, it looks like I only brought one add-on for my key.

Sometimes our wi-fi routers require a firmware update. Neglecting firmware updates can cause this issue.

That must be a bug. The puke is clearly green and you can see in a few frames leading up to the hit that Plague does not have red puke smoke/sparks. The puke progresses from 0% to 100% in less than 1 second as you round the corner into Shack. I wonder if the bug is somehow related to that shack pallet, since puking on…

I've experienced this consistently but I assumed that the cause was, like mentioned above, because of distortion or lag + working a gen. I get too distracted though and always forget to check at the end of the match to see if distortion was in play.

If there is a killer incentive, but it depends on which killer you play because each killer MMR is different, how do you know which killer to play in order to secure the bonus blood points?

I can add to this (hopefully) that in addition to being yellow tier, I don't have access to Steve's perks on other characters. However, Nancy's (yellow) perks show up when I play Elodie.

FWIW I was playing for almost 10 hours after the update on the old patch and I didn't have this problem with any characters I prestiged.
