But the patrols are strategic as well. By creating them you know where the guard will be and what area he will defend and what for.

Good point, In my opinon if they release the chapter in date they plan to release it will be a terrible idea. The killer design just is not ready and the power design is just boring and talentless and the music is....... Yeah, the map is not so good too but the knight is the main part of the chapter u_u so he really should be reworked, he is too boring to play in my opinion
