Do you mean each gen, so it can trigger at most 7 times? It can't be the first one single time a survivor touches a gen in the match, because the patch notes specifically call out triggering multiple times across the match.
-
I don't understand the trigger for Poised's new effect. What does "when you first start repairing a gen" mean? Is it when I initially start the repair action, and if so can I gen tap over and over to activate it constantly? Is it the first time I ever touch each gen? Is it when a gen is at 0% and I start repairing it?
-
No, it's worse than useless. They made it easier to activate, sure, but activating it is actively bad. The killer gets to know it's active, so they can safely ignore you knowing that you can't do anything to help your team, then when your aura goes away the killer gets to know that you can be killed now.
-
With the conspicuous action change DS could stun the killer for 10 seconds and it'd be fine. Hell, make triggering DS uninstall the game on the killer's computer and I'd be OK with it.
-
Every perk change in this update reads like somebody who doesn't play the game saying the first thing that pops into their head as a fix with no thoughts about the effects they'd have. When you read each update and think about it for more than 3 seconds you'll invariably find a better solution for whatever problem they…

The existence of counterplay doesn't change the fact that this change means Thana will only be run on the two killers who were specifically called out in the update as being problematic when using it. BHVR took a perk that everyone could use, but a couple killers abused, and made it into a perk only those two killers will…
-
Hey, let's be fair to BHVR. They had to make some sort of change in response to the zero people anywhere who thought MoM needed to be changed in any way shape or form. When you're getting that amount of literally no requests that you do anything at all, you just gotta do something.
-
What synergy? The interaction was so corner-case and minor to be a joke, and BHVR could have safely ignored it. IF you hook somebody AND it's on a scourge hook AND somebody is on a gen AND that gen is over 90% AND it was never over 90% before THEN they get a bunch of skill checks. Big deal?
-
Super cool that the killer knows they can safely ignore you until your aura goes away, and then knows that you no longer have endurance.
-
So now the killer gets to completely ignore you secure in the knowledge that you can't do anything useful, and if your aura ever goes away they know they can kill you. Cool. Cool. Good design choice. 🙄
-
Your "count to at least 5" is the gamble. There's no way of knowing from across the map if that aura is 5 seconds away from a hook, or right next to one. And yes, I can watch for the hooking animation, and then get boned with a badly timed skill check, as per usual.
-
In solo queue that isn't a reality. You either stand there like a moron for the entire time between the downed survivor being picked up and being hooked, or you gamble and try to time it with no info.

They said the duration is 30 seconds. They didn't say anything about the cooldown. It's possible it'll be reduced as well, so it works like it does now where it can always be active, but it's also possible there'll now be a 15 second gap where it's dormant.

Or Legion
-
It's not 12%. It's 2% per survivor and a bonus 12% if all four are injured. 1 injured = 2% 2 injured = 4% 3 injured = 6% 4 injured = 20% I agree with you it's a weird change, but wanted to at least show the accurate math.

"The issue was between PR and Merciless Storm... So why not fix one of those perks. For example, just add a time limit to Merciless Storm." Or just do literally nothing. The "issue" they are fixing is that if the killer activated PR you could get a million skill checks. And? So what? Either I pass them all and have a cool…

It isn't working "even better" because despite your condescending attitude, those people SHOULD be in red rank, because they earned their way there. A bug screwing people out of pips they rightfully earned isn't a good thing just because you think you're better than everyone else.
-
The bug encourages people to play like selfish rats and hide in the corner self-caring, because only survival matters. Why do gens and unhook people when dying erases all my progress?
-
#1 Yeah, that's an elitist attitude. #2 They wouldn't be multiple color ranks below you if it weren't for a bug.
