The "high school hunk" torso on Steve Harrington is clipping with several other cosmetics. To replicate this (ps4) you have to equip the torso "polo strong" with any set of legs. This bug happens both in lobby and in game and is constant.
The bottom part of the back of Steve Harrington's "That's-a-no-jacket" is bulging outwards and it looks quite strange. This is a Permanent issue that occurs once you equip the torso, my platform is ps4.
