RANK RESET FOR NO REASON
Please can someone explain why my rank has reset for no reason what so ever, went from IRI 2 now ASH 4, this has happened on survivor after I was DC'd out of a game also for no reason!!

JANE'S ALIEN ARMS
Hello Devs, I have bought the lovely new cosmetics you have put out, and on the whole I do love them, however, why has Jane's arms become a thing of Demogorgon quality. Is this able to be fixed or whatever, because I do not think that Demo arms on Jane is a good look. Please could this be addressed please and thank you :)

WHY DO I LOSE PIPS THROUGH GAME ERROR!!!
Please devs, could you explain why an error that is completely out of my control punishes me! Whether I am de-pipped or locked out of matchmaking, I am punished for connection issues that are completely out of my control because YOUR game decides to crash. Please fix this, it is totally unfair!!

Hit validation in play, but still dedicated servers are worse than ever.
I am sick to death of being hit from the next room by lagging killers, I thought in a recent patch notes you stated dedicated servers were supposed to help with this. Also, why in the EU are we still seeing player from UAE, who's lagging is literally costing games and causing loss of pips and de-ranking. Please, please fix…
