SADAKO TURNED OFF TV TELEPORTING

Cannot unhook bug?
Xbox one - this has been another game I've noticed the killer pretty much face camping/ tunneling where the unhook bar never moves, killer had terror radius and preventing other survivors unhooking me, if it is a bug please fix. Thank you

Getting on rocks?
Xbox one - The Pale Rose, was able to climb on a rock as a survivor and I'm not sure if it was intentional or a bug but did it 3 times and kept climbing onto it, unknown if killer can climb it too but can avoid attacks from killer if killer can't get there.

Killer hook count bug / preventing sacrifice bug?

Completed tome 14 challenge but can't access it now
Xbox one - Just completed 8 great skill check challenge and now everytime I try to go to tome 14 it won't open or give me the completed challenge rewards, first 2 trys it took me back to menu and now won't open entirely, please fix this Thank you
