During both the lobby screen and the end game score card, there is an option to block other players in-game. What does this do exactly? Does it stop you from playing with/against this person at another time? Or does it just stop them from messaging you or joining you through the game's menus? Or, is it just there to make…

I am both too lazy to look and and too busy to be bothered to look if someone already asked. So, I'll just ask this way (mostly because I asked on Twitter and the crickets were louder than the music on Spotify). Will GhostFace be purchased only with cells lke Ash, or can he be bought with shards?
