Franklins Demise is countered extremely easy
survivors drop their items on the ground say its a key for example, and they grab it when they need it. make it that the 90 second timer will activate regardless if its a hit causing the drop or the survivor themselves are dropping the item. Franklins should not be countered in such easy and silly way
