Myers stalking not working in Tier 3
PC Playing as Myers/Shape; when in tier 3, was unable to stalk (wouldn't activate at all-no stalking sound/screen effects, etc). Daily Ritual not awarding bloodpoints
PC, completing Mors Ambitio (kill survivor) ritual on Executioner. Completed quest and collected post-match, but didn't receive bloodpoints.

DCed/non-connected survivors showing as still in-game
Found an open hatch with two survivors still showing as active on the UI. Shortly after, one of these survivors showed an 'Escaped' icon and the game ended; presumably showing that the other 'active survivor was not connected to the game at that point.
