Family Residence Rock Bug
I was playing Felix when Bubba was able to down me by Shack on Family Residence. For reasons I can't explain, the down moved me on top of a rock that Bubba was unable to move to to pick me up. Below is the screenshot of me down on the specific spot.

Can't Pick Up Downed Survivors in Basement
I was playing Deathslinger on Sanctum of Wrath and I downed a Laurie on the flat platform of the basement stairs. After I downed her, I could not pick her up at all.
