Bubba reaches tantrum way too fast
It's especially annoying if you use addons that increase his charge time(his Marks addons and Depth Gauge Rake). I think the time to reach tantrum should be increased by a few seconds. An example of it with Beast Marks and Depth Gauge Rake:

Game afoot buff
Right now game afoot switches the obsession only for survivor with the most chase time after hitting them with a basic attack. My suggestion would to be make it switch the obsession on every m1 hit regardless of the chase time to make the perk less situational and make it valuable in more chases.

Final buff that SIngularity needs
After the nerf of EMPs ubiquity, I think the only thing Singularity needs to be perfect is to have the 5% haste after teleporting from the iri addon(Soma Family Photo) basekit.

Pain Resonance change idea
The PTB version of the perk promotes going for fresh hooks but is frankly underpowered. My idea is to make the first hook on each survivor regress the gen by 25%, 10% on the second hook and 5% on death hook. Thoughts?
