Decisive strike needs rework.
It's rly boring, when EVERY killer on higher rank expect, that survivors have DS, so they let them on ground, especialy when they are last survivors. They just staring at each other for 60 seconds, do nothing and waiting till DS buff ends. This happens in 2 of 3 games. To avoid this, how about extend that ability to give…
