Unable to cleanse totem on Lery's Memorial Institute
On Lery's Memorial Institute it is impossible to cleanse totem in one of the rooms. Playing as Claudette vs The Executioner with Hex:Ruin and Hex:Undying. The issue can probably be replicated if the totem spawns in the same blue box thingy. Here's the video:
