after the update, i can't log in the game no more. as soon as i try to log on through the menu, i get this message, but my internet is fully working! i restarted the game, my pc, my modem, everything. can you help me fix this?

Anticamping is useless for basement
Just played a match where a huntress camped the whole time on main building on Mother's Dwelling and meter bar barely filled. as soon as somebody came for the rescue, she was in there stairs already and camped. This mechanic is really useless and done wrong. pls fix this!

Hag chase music fade out as killer
i don't know if someone realized, but when you play as hag in killer POV, the chase music doesn't end correctly. it doesn't "fade out" like other chases, it just suddenly stops. feels so bad and awful to listen. are you planning to fix that any soon?

Hook 6 people in the basement challenge
my progress is stuck in 4/6. even if i keep hooking people, i still get no value out of it. is this a confirmed bug or what? i can't complete my tome if this gets stuck forever. i tried to progress this challenge in several matches, but it's not progressing at all.

Hatch opening notification
You should add a notification for the killer whenever a survivor is trying to open a hatch and you should increase its seconds to open it, like 5-10 seconds so the killer has enough time to counter it guarding both hatch and exit gates is kind of impossible if we think about maps like lèry's.

isn't this the saddest thing ever? even after bubba rework, his chainsaw still allows him to facecamp. using noed even makes it sadder and shows how much desperate you are to facecamp someone with an one-shot killer.

Get a "merciless victory" in rank 1 as a killer is a pain in the back, especially because some killers' perks are so useless and get 12 hooks is not that easy when 2-3 gens pop once you hook someone. seriously devs, what were u thinking when you created these achievements? didn't you think about the red rank players?

Are they gonna get some new chase music since they're getting reworked? i remember the devs saying in a stream that we would've got new chase themes when reworking old killers, so i guess that's the right time to do it, please don't disappoint us on that.
