Iron will, fix it or change perk description.
after years of this perk implementation they have yet to fix the fact survivors dont breath while injured or have reffused to add it to the perk description, until it is, its just a 5 years old bug they cant or wont fix.

Can the devs put a gen repair simulator mode?
Since a lot of survivors have issues with the killer bothering their gen repair expirience, maybe we can cover that niche so we can finally get survivors who want to participate into chases and having the killer try to get you, just remove the DC penalty on such a mode and they will be golden!

The pig character model.
Does anyone else feels like Pig is the killer who needs a model update the most? specially since she seems to have a weir skeleton wich makes her legs , pelvis and shoulders look weird, also the overall presentation looks taken straight out of a ps3 game.
