Crotus Prenn Survivor Spawning in the killer terror radius
Played on Crotus Prenn. Killer was the Doctor using Distressing. As the game was loading in where the camera rotates around the survivor, I could hear the killer's terror radius. The game hadn't started and I was already next to the killer.

The new RPD map is terribly designed - the random palets in the middle of the hallway? Why when you have an isle next to it that makes it irrelevant. Loops in general on the new RPD map are terrible. Incentivized trolling

Adept Nancy Wheeler Achievement Bug (PC)
Played a game using the 3 Nancy perks (Self-aware, Situational Awareness, Inner Healing), escaped without being hooked and did not get the Adept Nancy acheivement. I had the perks in slot 1, 2, and 4. I don't already have the achievement.

PC Tome VIII Level 4, The Engineer's Guild
I've played a few games, used a shroud of binding, and not getting any credit for repairing generators with other survivors. I've repaired generators start to finish with 1 and 2 other survivors and still at 0/10.

PC Game Crash - The Cenobite
Playing on the jigsaw level, just completed all 5 generators and as soon as I through a pallet on Pinhead, the game disconnected me. No one else was disconnected. I was streaming and on discord, so it wasn't an internet interruption. Received penalty and cannot play until DC penalty is removed.

Totem Cleanse - Stuck in Crotus Prenn map
Cleansed a hex totem in the main building upstairs in Crotus Prenn and it got me stuck. Couldn't move. Crows weren't showing for other survivors. Killer could still kill and carry me.
