Maybe it's already been suggested. FWIW I haven't seen it but I also don't spend a lot of time reading about the game. Lock picks. Change keys to lock picks. Once a survivor finds the hatch, the are required to pick it open similar to working a gen or removing a reverse bear trap. Green keys will require many skills checks…
