Dev question about licensing
Hello, my question has to do with license killers when changes are made to them. When you rework, buff, or nerf a licensed killer power (maybe perks too) do you have to talk to the license holder about making said changes? Or is that only for cosmetic purposes like skins or graphic updates to the model.
