Initialization error is back
Initialization error is back on xbox (series x). After a game intro, I press "A" and the game starts to log in, then it fails with this screen. It happened before like 2 months ago, for 2 or more weeks, then it was fine. And now again.

Frames on name bars

Survivor challenge "engineer's guild" does not progress
XBOX SX. Survivor challenge "engineer's guild" (from current tome) does not progress (complete 8 gens cooperating with other survivors). I've completed multiple matches cooperating in repairing the gens and finishing it, the progress did not count, still 0 out of 8.

I saw 2 times survivor changed himself into Onryo and killed other survivors. Cheaters seem to evolve, become stronger. Trapper outfit bug
Trapper outfit "game over the console" does not save after applying. Instead it changes to the default one or other outfit that was changed before applying "game over the console".
