Could someone kindly explain why people are still complaining about Decisive Strike?
Seriously, I don't understand why people still go on about it. For me, regardless of what Killer I play, Decisive only usually wastes about 15 seconds of my time before the person who hit me with it is already back on my shoulder. And I don't even consider myself a particularly good player. Am I missing something here?

BHVR, your attempts to fix powerful loops made some of them stronger.

Suggestion: Have Addons/Offerings/Items above 'Rare' be disabled between ranks 20-15.

Suggestion: Have the Spirit not disturb vegetation while Phase-Walking.
I say this because it's detrimental to the nature of her power. She feels like she's supposed to be a hybrid Ambush Killer, with her whole invisibility and the Husk decoy. The hook Invulnerability doesn't work as intended.
In short, hitting a Survivor mid unhook when the rescuer has Borrowed Time will still trigger Endurance, even though the Survivor hit should still be in the Invuln state.
