I have steve Harrington prestige 10. However his perks with other characters are only appearing at yellow stage (tier 1). Seems they have not been added to the base load out kit as the other perks have been from other survivors.
I understand disabling a perk for end game to avoid a “free escape”. however, if you’re running something like decisive strike, and are good enough in the game to avoid needing to use it, why are we then punished at the end?
