Where are th Rift Fragments for completing Challenges of Lights Out Castlevania Modifier Tome? Also this challenge doesn't count progress while you playing Killer side!

PS5 | Archives Error
This error became occur since opening a Midnight Grove Event Tome (which works properly). After pressing «Close» archives closes, sending back to main menu or killer's/survivor's lobby. How to represent the error: 1. Boot the game; 2. Open Archives (either from main menu or widget); 3. Go to «Current Tome» tab. Screenshot:

«Hemorrhage» status effect from «Blood Echo» works not as intended
The description of this perks says that hemorrhage status effect lasts until healed... ...but actually it isn't like it said (the effect's countdown timer is starting)... I don't know if it's a bug or intended, but the description is misleading!
