The Borrowed Time Perk seems to be missing for David King in my inventory. I've went through many bloodwebs today and no perks are showing as available. I'm wondering is there a glitch of some kind? My David King is prestige 3/ Level 50 and this particular perk is not showing up. Someone. Please advise. Thanks!
