PC crashes at start or end of match, whole PC shuts down

Adept Cenobite achievement bugged (PC)
I got a merciless victory and double pipped with The Cenobite using only his 3 perks and did not get the achievement. I have a video of it if you need to see.

Feedback for scoreboard - portraits
It would be helpful at the end if the portraits were also on the scoreboard. Sometimes I want to see what perks that Dwight had, but I never clocked their name during the match (too busy) and now I'll never know!

Wraith - could not pick up, cloak, and chase music always on
Just played a game as Wraith where I could not pick up people, I was stuck in chase music, and I could not cloak. It seemed to cloak me instantly any time I hit a pallet or gen, but then I could uncloak instantly.
