Does Billy need any slight nerfs?
Some are saying he's too oppressive while others don't want him to be changed at all. Personally, I'm indifferent. What do y'all think?

Blight Unable to Initiate Rush Bug
When Blight performs an action like vaulting a window or kicking a generator, sometimes you are unable to initiate a rush unless you swing. I got this glitch on the Pale Rose but pretty sure it happens on all maps.
