I'm pretty sure Bubbas will still be able to camp. They only rev the chainsaw to save a bit of time. It doesn't take long to charge fully and the AOE is so wide that for example in the base…3 -

If they make it more new player friendly, bad killers will then get them nerfed. Hawkins and Lery's are some of the only few maps I can enjoy myself on anymore. Midwich can go eat a dick though.1 -
