I think Iron will is strong enough. Besides, deerstalker has limited range but survivor Empathy has unlimited.6 -

Here is my idea for a rework. Each time your obsession is healed by 1 health state, gain a token, up to 6. Each token gives you 1% movement speed. When the obsession is killed, lose 3/2/1 tokens.2
