It's intended. Franklins has been changed again. Keys can not be used to open hatch. When they are depleted.1 -
Keys spawn in chest every game
At least 4 out of 5 matches. Do I find survivors with keys. And they did not bring any. Atleast the tally screen says that.1 -

I finished a gen. With Iron will and being injured. Escaped and did not get the challenge. Also unhooked a survivor. Did not get the other unhook.3
