Ruin + Undying was the only thing about it that was nerfed. Undying + pretty much any other hex was buffed.4 -

Um. Well, it moves the survivor for you so you don't need to pick them up. Not to mention that it's completely impossible to escape a cage without someone freeing you. So...1
