Dead Man's Switch is what Gen Regression is to as Furtive Chase is a stealth perk. It's just way too hard to use and when you do get to use it, it has an incredibly underwhelming effect.1 -

Given the recent surge of cheaters, I'm more willing to believe someone somehow made it so Freddy has both.2
