BBQ has 4+ counters, you should use one of them. Its a reward for leaving the hook, or at least it used to be before it got nerfed into oblivion,10 -

In the case of 1-2 gens being completed, the hatch wont be visible until it opens, so at that point it is basically a coin flip if it spawns close to either party. I would argue that the survivor has…2 -
