PC - Aiming Down Sights has no warning sound

Decrease the Slice and Dice hit cooldown to 2.7 seconds
The Slice and Dice hit cooldown is currently 3 seconds, so I think it's fair, following the current trend of lowering power hit cooldowns to the same value of basic hits, especially after his up…2 -
