Mostly because it's an injured survivor moving to a very predictable location. Easiest pressure you could ask for. If Hatties healed up more often they'd be a lot less tasty prey.1 -

You are wrong. Better together also shows auras in killers grasp so aftercare is not unique in that. Funny watching them flail around though.1
