Yup, 25% from "limited" item and add-ons is normal but 18% from perk isn't. Don't forget that repair speed bonus from Resilience can be stack with toolbox, add-ons and other perks…1 -

I can't agree more. If this add-ons rarity needs to be very rare, It suppose to do this. Else just change the rarity too ultra rare and change Mother Daughter Ring to very rare.1
