Honestly adding being unhooked removes hemorrhage when using this perk would be a nice buff to it9 -

What if dark theory had a secondary effect within it's range besides the 2% movement speed like 5% vault speed. I think that would make the perk a little better1 -

I'm pretty sure matchmaking doesn't work because you can barely win against a strong group then get survivors that don't know how to loop the next game3
