Every single Chucky runs Rat Poison which is one of the most stupidly no skill involved add ons in the game. Essentially the killer goes automatically to another level.5 -

Billy can be overwhelmed for a lot of players because he's a bit overtuned. Lopro has to go, a bit longer overdrive cooldown, and add ons should be disabled in overdrive.1
