But thats….not true? Lets imagine for a moment that he has the standard 32m TR. If (only if) he would use his power at the very tip of his TR (about 33m from the survivor) the survivor would still ha…-4 -

Well i dont really get if thats sarcasm or not but if using a power gives you literally 1 second of "catching time" vs using no power at all, then the extra mobility it gives is… kinda low?…3
