Desperate Measures active but no buff.
I finally recorded a video of this perk not giving the buff. When I stop healing her at 7 Seconds and continue healing the buff shows the yellow healing for a split second and just disappears, I made…2 -
Desperate measures not always working
As the title says, the perk does not always work, it shows that I have the buff when I start healing or hooking someone, and then instantly disappear and the bar goes back from yellow to grey.(ps4)1
