Tome 2
When does the new rift and tome release for console? Do we have to wait for the test build to finish first. If so will that mean we have less days to complete the rift?
I thought it would release today since the time left said so..

From my understanding you still have 60 days to complete it and will arrive with the mid-chapter update.

The rift is only in the ptb. It's not out yet

The second Rift releases at the same time on all platforms when the mid-chapter update releases, and there will be some time between the end of the first Rift and the start of the second. Any progress people on the PTB make will not transfer back to live, everyone will have the start at the same point.

It will come out with the mid chapter patch. Its on the PTB seemingly to give feedback on some of the challenges we can see as its asked about in the survey.
The new rift doesnt start automatically after one ends there is a break between them and once it does open lasts for the usual 70 days.

The "time remaining" was only referring to when the previous Rift would close, not when the next one would open. As others have said, the new Rift will open alongside the mid-chapter patch, which will likely release in about two weeks.

In the patchnotes is written that there is only level 1 of the new tome on the PTB. When it goes live, will we get all 4 levels at the same time to go through or will it be the same as the first time where we get a new level every few weeks?

I don't see myself buying a pass on the rift/archives again. They made it take too long to complete. I like to be able to play other games occasionally. I got my pass for this and fortnite at the same time and completed my pass on Fortnite easily compared to DBD. I'll still play some but honestly am disappointed in how the rift is set up. I just started playing Fortnite recently and still enjoy DBD more but if they make it too challenging for me to do I will just stop spending my money.
