New Breakable Walls Mechanic
I don't know if the devs can talk about this just yet, or if they've already answered it in another thread, but why add the idea of breakable walls?
Don't get me wrong, it sounds fun as hell and it goes with the theme of the game, but how is it balanced? If Survivors cannot interact with them, whats to stop the Killer from breaking all the walls as soon as they find them? If the purpose is for map mobility (which also benefits Survivors, granted) or making strong loops weak, what drawbacks are there (if any)?
It's already been mentioned that pallet-breaking perks also affect wall breaking, so will there be updates to introduce other pallet-unique aspects to the BWs? (EX: Freddy and Doctor making illusionary walls, Zanshin Tactics revealing breakable wall locations, etc.)

It was tested extensively, but they are largely experimental still. We gave a couple examples of how we're trying them in the new map, but to reiterate, you might have a tile with a really strong window, but breaking a wall next to that window makes it far less safe. It doesn't make it outright unusable for the survivor, but it does mean that they can't loop it three times.
You might want to break it right away, but the more time you spend not chasing survivors is more time they're spending on generators. Going through the whole map to break all the walls at the start is probably going to backfire.

So can we assume that over time these breakable walls could be added to existing god loops like Ironworks etc?

Hmm, with the way you word that it sounds like stronger window loops will be created to accommodate this new mechanic.
So Ironworks for example, there's really only one building to add a breakable wall. Only one window that warrants such a mechanic.
So I'm assuming the new map will have a good number of strong window loops until broken.

do you think it would be possible for leatherface to be able to continue his chainsaw dash after breaking a wall? with how they are currently set up would this be a good idea because i think it would make him a lot more interesting to play as and against. I just want your thoughts on this like if it would work out.

B-but what happens to the loop money, once such a wall is broken?
This will kill the loop money economy.
