Зайдите на https://support.deadbydaylight.com
Выберите 'Submit a ticket' -- 'Loss of progress'
А затем заполните предложенные поля, чтобы отправить запрос.
Если вы уже посылали письмо и получили ответ от системы с номером вашего тикета, пожалуйста, будьте терпеливы, команда разберется с вашим случаем так быстро, как только сможет.
