I don't remember the clown is a licensed killer…

Is he? because I can't get a crown for him.

No the Clown is not a licensed killer, if you are having trouble unlocking a crown for him - please can you fill in a bug report here: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/bugs
