Anyone know if there's a bug right now?

I was full strength and unhooked someone, then I hid in a locker.

The Inner Strength perk icon did it's clockwise wipe.

Then later when I was injured, I went into a locker and it did not heal me.

    I've not seen any bug report with it, if it happens again, please try to snag a recording and make a bug report - I'll also try testing it out later, it's definitely not something I've seen happening and it's a pretty commonly used perk.
