The perfect PTB
Hey BHVR devs,
Would you consider a special ptb event. Provide options for various match settings and functional effects. Give players access in a kyf like mode for feedback on community interests.
Adjustments like:
A causal mode quick join button for solos looking to meet new people in a controlled kyf setting
Base % for gen regression
Base repair speed
Fog intensity
Event items like blight pods, aura collection, and Margarita generators
Test mechanics: searching for generator parts, environmental dangers, pve offerings
# of zombies 😉😉
(Insert idea below) etc.
Just throw it all out there for use and let the community feed you data on the "fun" sweet spots we create.
I think this would do really well in highlighting key features for future development.

They've already said that anymore than two zombies isn't happening specifically due to performance issues. Bob and Jules barely function at just the two of them as is.

How about including the consoles in this too?

Whilst that sounds like a lot of fun. I think there's an underestimate of how much work happens for a PTB, getting specific build ready etc
Also consoles are not able to participate in PTB's. So whilst your idea is interesting, unless there's something that we are looking to put in the live game, then it will not be in a PTB.
