PS4- Statut accroché (2fois) alors que pas accroché du tout

En jouant la compétence "libération" d'Adam.
Ayant décroché un survivant avant.
Se faire coucher par le tueur et avoir directement le statut suspendu 2 fois, alors que pas du tout suspendu à ce stade du jeu.
Se faire accrocher et mourir directement.
Comment ça se fait il?
C'est la 1ère fois que cela arrive.
