Missing my extra prestige level from the catch up

Description of the issue: Missing prestige level
I had serveral chars on prestige 0-3 but no one got the extra level.

The catch-up has not been fully rolled out yet....when it is rolled out fully, those who had their characters at level 50 P0/P1/P2 will receive the extra prestige levels automatically.

Just want to clarify, they must have had those characters at level 50 prior to the 6.1.0 patch, not prior to the catch up mechanic being rolled out.

What levels were the characters that you don't believe you have it for before 6.1.0 was released?

Can you explain me how this worked exactly? I had some 50 before which prestige they should have now? Can't remember their rank after the update if they already prestiged now.

@Mandy i had all characters p3, all perked out. I get what was done, those who dont play regularly needed the boost to lvl 3 to make all perks tier3. I, who already put in alot of time and bloodpoints to be where i was are not given anything for the time we put in.
But some people i know who had p3 characters before changes, and had got them up to lvl 10 after update were given the 2 bonus lvls and now have all at lvl 12 for free. Except it didnt go everyone for whatever reason.

@Mandy sorry to bother you again. I guess what people want to know are those of us who were p3 lvl50 or p3 lvl50 and fully perked out going to be getting any rewards for our time?

Characters that were P3 prior to the 6.1.0 update would already have had their levels given to them when this system went Live, and they would have had the red portrait background at that time also.
This system is for those that were level 50 but had not yet prestiged, there are no plans to extend this catch up mechanic to further levels.
