Bugged window on Pale Rose

The window on the second floor of Pale Rose is bugged, it plays the sound of vaulting and the start of animation, but then it just stops, cancels and returns you to your original position.

  Put this in bug reports(if you havent already) and be sure to add the extra information it asks for, try to add a picture or video if you can, otherwise this isnt really helpful at identifying your problem
